What reason or use could your roommate possibly have for taking a window that won't fit anywhere else? It's been almost 6 weeks- and no one else has been in your apartment since she left? Perhaps a maintenance man who might need a replacement window for another apartment in your building? Just tell the LL the window is missing and I'm sure he'll replace it.
