This is admittedly somewhat of a frivolous issue but anyways.My landlord has posted an advertisement panel on the fire escape in front of my window and it's obstructing my view of the street. I called him to complain and he got hostile and threatened to evict me. To be fair, I was hostile first and threatened to take the sign
down. I live in a rent controlled apt. on 81 & 1st, lived there
almost three years. Does he have a right to put the panel there?
