I lived in the Lafayette/West Lafayette area and rented for over 5 years. The housing market is very tight; as long as your apartment is in decent condition, I know you can rent it out again right away. You should let the tenant out of the lease provided they give you adequate notice. It also wouldn't be unfair to ask them for proof of the job change.


: i recently had a tenent wanting to to break their lease as they got a job approximatly 50 miles away am i reqiured to let them out of their lease we live in west lafayette indiana
