Does anyone know if there is a way for a displaced rent regulated tenant whose lease was not renewed based on landlord claiming need of unit "for personal use and/or family member" to keep tabs on the landlord and make sure that they have not re-rented the apartment to an unrelated tenant. (Theoretically they are prohibited from doing so for three years.)
