All I have to say is .... Oh, MY GOD!!! In 16 years of landlording, researching and listenning to tenant problems - this has topped all stories I have ever heard. Moral is ... get everything in writing. Take nothing for granted and make sure that you pay by cjeck and / or get reciepts!!!
