My landlord required a guarantore to my appartment. There are 4 people living here. The guaranty does not specify who my father is guaranteeing. It only states he is guaranteeing "Tenant." He sent it to the landlord, but I am not on the lease yet. The lease is active, and I was to be added to it. Is my father guaranteeing the lease even though I am not on it, or is the guranty inactive until I sign.

We are having trouble with the landlord and I may have to move out. I am wondering if I move out, if my father can be held accountable for the lease.
