What happens with the security deposit in an
assignment? Do the evil ones have a right to take it
because that's what they want to do. They want my
security deposit, 500 bucks finders fee, and rent
until someone else is found?

Realized I could not afford the place within 24 hours
and the day after signing called them back to let them
know.

See just got a new job down in Richmond and didn't
even receive my first check. So thinking I made a lot
not including taxes etc. I call where I used to live
to get the check info and the day I signed is the day
I found out the bad news.

By the way thanks for responding to my first question
on the forum. When writing one I didn't think anyone
would respond. Big help.
