We were quite correct. We know the zoning laws, and we know that neighborhood. And advertisers do indeed put up many illegal signs. Tenants do indeed have a right to complain about illegal signs -- if they are illegal, and that's why you look at the situation first. It has nothing to do with higher/lower rent -- that's what we'd expect from Richard.
