......remember, this is a PUBLIC forum, and as such is trolled by Landlords/realtors and their lackeys, not to mention losers with time on their hands.

Take all replies with a grain of salt, and independently verify any advice or information....I routinely see things here that i know are wrong, often posted by well-meaning but misinformed individuals.

Don't bother getting into "flamewars" with losers, it's how they get off, and a big fat waste of time.

This warning does appear on this page, but when a person is desperate and seeking information, it may be overlooked.
