I have a question. On December 26th, there was a fire in our apartment building. As a result of this fire, I do not think that it will be easy to sublet my room from January to May and would have to pay 5 months rent (I will be leaving the country). Can anyone advice me on what I should do? I live in Madison and is subjected to the Madison Ordinance.
