Your sister's landlord cannot evict you. He can evict your sister.

Call Met Council on housing, get the date and time of your heighborhood tenants' advocate group and take that paper to them.
Or take it to CWTF tables at Housing Court 111 Centre St M-TH 9am-12:00pm, first floor near LaFayette St entrance (just ask when you go thru the metal detectors). Or to the adjacent Pro Se Atty office
