Yse: try a search in the Housing Court Decisions Section here on Tenant.Net. Some landlord was denied "owner occupancy" for that reason.
: What he really wants is for everyone to move out, and he has said as much. He is basically pretty honest about his intentions, he says that he wants me out no matter what it takes, even if he has to have his son live there.
Get this in writing or on tape as often as possible.
