Just look in the Sunday Times. Hate to say it, but with the recent events Manhattan rents are down. Listen your not gonna find a two-bedroom with sourthen exposures for a grand or rent stabilized studios for $600 a month, but it is less than a year ago. Don't bother with those web sites, most to all suck.
