When a bathroom floor is retiled, no one can walk on it until the tile is set. Should take 24 hours or less. So either take a weekend away, or arrange to use someone else's bathroom for a day. Then tell the landlord you're ready for a new bathroom floor.

: I have a couple of questions about somethings my landlord has put a gentleman in charge and he has refuse to fix our bathroom floor untill me and my husband go away on vaction and i was hoping that someone could help get a hold of the nys landlord tenant agreement and there is to many to list of the problems.
