What kind of washer/ dryer do you have? Does it use standard 110v electricity, 220, or even gas? If it's a standard washer dryer that requires special installation and wiring that might imply some kind of permission to have major appliances in the apartment. If it's an "apartment" type or "portable" model that could more questionable.

: We moved into our rent stabilized apt. six years ago with a washer and dryer. the landlord now wants us to remove it. Do we have any rights like that with the pet ruling.
