No thanks Mr. Duh, I already have my own condo and I'm quite aware of the tax and financial benefits it affords me.

Go ahead and research yourself the number of coops, condos, single family homes, and brownstones that exist in the 5 boros. You might also find out that some are quite affordable - even under $50,000, far less per month than you pay in rent now. I suspect you just want to know such statistics so that you can make excuses for your lousy existence in whatever hovel you rent. Some people just prefer to whine and complain than to DO SOMETHING.
