Unless I'm mistaken, you can have only 1 other occupant(roommate) living in the apartment. You can have your husband, wife, children living there in addition. If the LL makes a fuss, you will have to prove a domestic partnership to have him/her living there in addition to 1 other person. Off the top of my head I would say you have to lose 3 people.
