Where can I go to find our what rights I have to get out of a lease where my landlord has failed to provied sufficient hot water heater, foundation repair, electirical repair, heat in rear of house and failed to abide other oral agreements. He is also a frequent window peeper and gained access to inside of home while we were out without notice. I am in Indiana, (Monroe County). I am also trying to find a list of what resposibilites fall upon a landlord. The state page contains little to no information on these issues... HELP! Thank you for your time.
