This is from Met Council email newsletter:

todays arguments in the DHCR lawsuit went seemingly well. A minimum of 70 people packed the larger 360 Adams St room, and Judge Rivera not only knew the issues, he asked DHCR very pointed and specific questions. I missed our sides arguements, as I was holding a "sandwich board" about the courthouse change outside, but kudos
must go to our legal team, including Ed Josephson, Sandy Russo, Judith
Goldiner and Dave Robinson of Legal Aid and Legal Services. This was a
one shot hearing, so we will NOT be returning to court in the immediate future. The judge will come to a decision "before the end of the year" (his words) and mail it to us. And to all of you who made it to court despite one of the biggest obstacle courses in Brooklyn's history: standing room only folks -- not bad! Good press too: WNYC, Channel 7, Times, News, etc.

peace,

-dave (Met Council)
