You went to court, you lost, you were evicted, you owed money. That is why the landlord withheld your deposit - to pay for your unpaid rent. And even if you paid for all the rent, the LL can probably take the cost of re-renting your apartment and his legal costs of evicting you out.

I don't see your point in wasting more time with this in court. However unfair you may feel it is, the landlord has a strong case against you. There are almost always less troublesome ways of resolving problems than going to court. In your case, you'll have to just get on and forget about it.
