I would think your position would be: she doesn't live there, she never lived there, she started having her mailed delivered there without your knowledge or permission, you have asked her to stop, you thought she was a friend but now it appears that she is attempting to claim that she lives there when in fact she does not. Where is her own apartment? That is where she lives. Unless she has phone service, or Con-Ed or rent receipts from you, she has nothing. What she has is mail being delivered to your home without your consent. First trip is to the post office, tell them she does not live there and to stop delivering mail to your home. This is a good one: send a certified letter, return receipt to the postmaster at your local postoffice stating same. And change only 1 of your front door locks: your position is that she never had a key to both locks.
