I live in government funded housing in canada, it is a townhouse. In the lease that I signed it stated that there should be no additions what so ever including satallite dishes etc. when we purchased our dish the landlord said that I can put it up in the backyard and on the fence. We since moved to another unit in the same complex that is now facing a different direction and we cannot get a signal in the backyard, it was then put out front of the unit behind a bush. The landlord saw it there and said it had to go into the back because it is an eye-sore and then if the other tennants saw it they will get them too. Now what are my rights because if another person in the same unit can get reception at their house and I can't is it not discrimination ??????????? What laws are there that say I can choose my form of entertainment? I am so sick of paying cable bills and I refuse to take it down
