invasion of privacy, destruntion of property, being forced to move out

Posted by Carlos on February 23, 2002 at 14:31:31:

I am the building manager I've managed the building for 3yrs.
I was in the hospital of 2 day in Jan. I get out
of the hospital and find a note on my door asking
me to move my furniture so that the owners could
remold my living room. Well this is 2/23/02 and they even
really started. I go to work on 218/02 and I get home
around 2am from work, only to find that my portable closet
had been taken out of my bedroom and my stuff has been placed
in garbage bags and both doors to my bedroom had been taken off.
Well on the following day I get a call at work being told that
some my stuff was being put in the back of the house. I get home
from work the next night only to find that the headboard to my
waterbed had been destroyed. When I confronted them on that I
was told that they don't know what happened to it, I was told
that it was like that when they moved (I only had it for 2mos.)
I get home from work the following day to find that I could no
longer enter my own living room the doors had beed boadred up.
With no explanation!!!!!!!!!! I found a new apt. today.
