Not sure what you mean that you are the "building manager". But if you indeed have worked for the owner of the building for the past 3 years, then what you have is an employment dispute with them -- not a LL/T matter.
What recourse you have against them would depend on what type of employment agreement you had. If you had a written employment agreement, now is the time to review it.
