Hi. I don't have much info, but I can tell you that a reasonable two bedroom apartment
in an alright area (village, SOHO, upper east or west side)
is going to run at least 12-1400, and that a more common
price is closer to 1600-1800. I've had a lot of students come through where
I work (NY Hosptial) and this is the kind of prices they find. I also look at
housing now and then in case something interesting pops up.
Moving further north (closer to the bronx, above 95th street) is going to get you lower prices,
but then its a trade off between the neighborhood, access to downtown, trains, etc..
and the price.
