Well today I entered my apartment LLA and discovered that the power was
off!!... I called Con-Ed and they told me as far as they were concerned
they were providing service to me in apartment LLA and that Maurice Herman
was probably tampering with my electrical service in the meter room
which is LOCKED and the super (Joe Debono) has been acting funny when he runs into me.

I have a feeling that that Maurice instructed him to do this.
Now I h ave NO power and dont know what to do...
