My landlord is starting to take advantage of me because I've been such a cooperative tenant.
However,I have a feeling she never deposited my security deposit last March
when I moved in because she has never told me what bank it is in or what account
number. Is she required to show me that information within 30 days? If she
didn't show me, did I need to request to see it? Can I demand my deposit back?
If she did deposit it on time but didn't show me the information, can I demand my
deposit back? What happens if she deposited it after the 30 days expired? Is there
any recourse to make sure I get my deposit back before I leave? Do I have to sue
to get it back?
