As a member of the Board of the Federation of Ottawa-Carleton Tenants Associations, I'm pleased to see tenant.net further developing their already-excellent web site. Tenants in the Province of Ontario need all the information (and moral supoort) they can get; our current government is in the process of dismantling rent regulation and other tenant protections, while trying to sell off public housing. They are also cutting subsidies to private non-profit housing and coops - many may be forced to close.
