This is a particularly notorious landlord going by many names:
Dupont, ISTA, Wembly, Cromwell, Britton, Wyndham and about 50 other
names -- all owned by Irving Goldman and his son Lloyd Goldman.
Please contact us directly at tenant -at- tenant.net regaring this
situation and we would like to hear from other tenants who are
unfortunate to have this landlord.
