I have a similar problem; however, only in my case the landlord did inspect the apartment
but found dirt in little places. He did not give me an opportunity to reclean. I want to fight for
a law that gives tenants 24hrs after the 1st landlord inspection before a last and final inspection
during which time damages could be accessed.
