We have the state rent control online and also the 1962 local rent control act, but
(you're right) the City Rent Control is not on yet (we do plan on it though).
If you contact us at our email we can probably get you the relevant sections.
Just so you know though, that NYC Rent Control only affects about 100,000 units
while Rent Stabilization affects more than 1,100,000 units, so you may wish to keep
things in perspective.

You can get the RGB info from the RGB info we have online :) We coded
their research books into html for them.
