Thank you for your reply. The Air Force normally requires a military
clause in the lease which permits us to break it with thirty days written
notice for several reasons--death, transfer out of the area, etc. In most
areas, this has not been considered unusual, but in most areas I've
been assigned, there has been a greater military presence.

Yes, I would definitely appreciate tips from more experienced "warriors"
out there. And, no, I'm not looking for specific referrals. I want to educate
myself as much as possible before I get there to minimize the likelihood of
being taken advantage of.
