I live in Alexandria, VA and recently received a notice from my
landlord that the rent was going up. Although I knew this was
coming, I couldn't believe that it was increasing by $65.00 a month.
I would like to find out if there is a limit on how much a landlord
can increase the rent. If you have any information that would be
helpful, I would appreciate it.
