I have two questions that relate to a sublet in a rent stabilized apartment
in New York City.
Is a verbal agreement for a one year sublet ever valid? (I know that
under one year is.) If so, under what circumstances?
If not, is it considered a month to month tenancy?

Finally, do you know where I could find more information about cases and
rulings that involved these issues? I've already checked the archive on
tenantnet.
