My landlord wants to build 11 floors on top of my 7 floor building.
He claims the foundation was originally made to accomodate 20 floors.
I live on the top floor and am worried about noise, destruction, vermin
and inconvenience.
Is there anything I can do before it begins?
If it begins and it's horrible, is there anything I can do?
