: : Does anyone know of res/comm properties providing internet/local area network access to tenants (a good analogy would be college dorm where students have a network connection so they can access college resources as well as those of the internet just by plugging in their pcs)? Any info appreciated.

: There is a building in the east village of NYC that is "wired" for
: the internet. Unfortunately, I don't remember any details about it.
: It might be on 4th St. or 7th St. over on an alphabet ave. I think
: all the apts. had ISDN lines.

THE "INFORMATION BUILDING" IS WHAT THEY CALL IT. IT IS NOT CHEAP. ONE BEDROOMS STARTED AT $1600 A MONTH AND THEY ROOMS ARE SMALL. ALL APARTMENTS HAVE A T-1 LINE THE BUILDING IS LOCATED ON AVE A BETWEEN THIRD AND FORTH.
