Based on this, you should have succession rights and you might want to look at
the succession rights info on the web site (do a search for the word
"succession").

Unless your income is over $250,000, I don't think the $2,000 will be an issue,
but owners will fight to keep you from your succession rights. It can
be tricky. I strongly suggest you get a lawyer who knows succession
rights to walk you through the process. If the owner sees you with a lawyer,
he will be less likely to cause problems.
