: Good question. I'm planning to call his office tommorrow and I suggest everyone else do so. One number for him is 788-7210. Another is 718 274 4500.
I did call today and whoever answered claimed that Vallone does want to extend the rent laws and he also does want to keep lucury decontrol in effect--the business of if you pay $2,000 and make over $250,000, you get decontrolled. Anwyay, that's what his office is saying. I'd be interested if there's any news to the contrary.
