Iwas told by Speaker Vallone's office that there will be a
public hearing in the City Ccouncil on the Rent
Stabilization bill (Intro 920) on March 11, 1997 at 1 PM.

I don't know much about all these procedures, but I thought
that if you check out this information and find it's
accurate, you might want to alert tenants to try to attend
the public hearing.

I don't even really know if it's important to be there in
large numbers, but I thought it might be.
