: Stabilization bill (Intro 920) on March 11, 1997 at 1 PM.

This is NOT the Fields/Michaels bill that tenants have asked
Vallone to be allowed to be introduced. Vallone IS STILL
BLOCKING THE RENT RENEWAL BILL from being introduced in the
City Council. His office is referring to his own bill.
More info later as we get it.
Call him again and ask him to allow the Fields/Michaels
bill to have a fair hearing.
