can Federal Fair Housing Law prohibit a disabled tenant living in a landlord owned coop, if rent stabilization expires?

If rent stabilization should expire, is there
anything in the Federal Fair Housing Law which might
prohibit the eviction of a renter in a landlord owned
coop, because the renter is disabled?

Thank you very much.
