Many readers won't look at the Conference Policy at the top of the section,
so just as a reminder, the policy states:

"For the most part, this is an open Message Board. It is not
necessarily a Question and Answer forum, so don't be surprised
if we don't answer every question posed. It's meant to be a
discussion forum, so we encourage visitors to join in and
participate. Pose and answer question, let us know of your
experiences, etc."

Although we try to be responsive, as the "Rent Wars" heat up, we may
not be able to even read ever message posted; the policy means what it says.
