Hello,

I am trying to find out what the rules/laws are concerning the limit of
liability for landlord negligence in the state of Connecticut. I have
found information concerning this topic for other states but do not know
how similar it is to Connecticut's.

Any advice or information that anyone can provide would be greatly
apppreciated. Thanking you very much in advance.
