I just posted a reply to this saying I agree but it wasn't clear what part of Mr.Wolffs message I was agreeing to. So I am posting this again.
I agree and my question is why haven't tenant organizations taken some of the funds
they are raising and used this money to hire publicists to reach the media to defend
rent regs and to take out ads to reach the media and the public alike?? On this message
board we are mainly preaching to the converted. I'm not knocking the importance of
this. Here we share vital information and help to galvanize tenants to become active on
their own behalf.
