I am seriously considering moving. My one hindrance
is that my credit history is blemished due to a
bankrupcy on my record. I paid off creditors and
have release certificate. I am wondering if this will
be satisfactory for a rental application. I have
been turned down when applying for credit cards and I
wonder if the same will apply for renting an
apartment. I would like advice from anyone else with
information or knowledge of my problem. I was granted
rental of my current apartment, but was told that the
past manager was not very thorough in screening or
following the guidelines for rental applicants and
this is probably how I got in.
