I would like to recommend you check down at the DHCR with your rent
receipts and look at the history of your apartment. Also go to the SRO law project in you community. If you live in Manhattan, there is an office at
92nd and Columbus. I beleive it is at the Goddard something. anyway

I am sure they can answer some of your questions.

Defend Rent Control and Stablaization with ammendments.
$300.00 per month for 3 bedroom apartment is not fair to anyone.
