Rent Control and Stabalization needs to be preserved and defended and then amended. People should not be paying three hundred dollars for a three bedroom apartment, nor should people pay eight hundred dollars for a 10 x 12 room. Lets be fair for the tenants and the landlord. This is something that our representatives in office may agree with.. Lets try to get that if we cannot get anything else.
