I live in California and have different, but also evil, problems with judge and criminal landlord. Please keep me posted on what happens with you. I just had a slumlord steal $1400 from me and the judge, while he has yet to issue a formal decision, made it clear that I will get nothing back and may be ordered to pay the slumlord.
