Oh, why wait for management. I hear a 50/50 mixture of water and evaporated milk used as a adhesive, when dry, makes any plain paper nearly impossible to remove.
: : Can anyone help me? I have a parking space in my rent stablized building. The new person next to me blocks my car from getting in or out. I have talked & written letters to management and they tell me there is nothing they can do about it. I have also talked to the person next to my spot and have gotten no cooperation from this person. What can I do?
: If it was me ,well I can't tell you that, we al may get in trouble.
: Or I would keep a log of the dates and times of how long you could'nt use
: your spot. write a return request reciept to the managing agent
: of the garage.Have management put stickers on the side windows.
: complain to cosumer affairs. The number is posted in the garage
: by law. Ask dhcr for a rebate or hold back that portion of rent
: from the garage charge. Have the car towed.
