I know this is not as dire as issues of rent-control,
which I am fully supportive of...
But I was hoping to find a link, resource, or direct
advice about working with brokers.
Particularly--what is the obligation to keep good
faith with the landlord if days or weeks later
the prospective tenant independantly discovers
an available apartment in a building previously
seen with a broker.
